PLEASE NOTE: You must register yourself with the Help Desk software first, if you're having problems with your email use an email address that is working & one that you can get access to as registration requires you validating the registration sign-up. Do not try emailing the Help Desk or Tech Support directly as nothing will be answered unless it has gone through this Help Desk.

The username & password supplied with your hosting account will not work with the Help Desk you need to create these from scratch as they are totally unique to the Help Desk database.
